Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityThis is the WORST place you could get your haircut. Do NOT ever come here to get a woman’s haircut. I would leave ZERO stars if I could. For the price of a $15 woman haircut, I thought it was very cheap and thought maybe they would do a decent job in cutting 1 inch off with very little layers but they couldn’t even do that. The lady cut off 4-5 inches and left it so uneven, it looks like I have 2 big layers on top of each other. It’s the WORST haircut I’ve ever had. Hair will grow and I am very understanding that our hair can’t look exactly the way we want, but for them to mess it up so badly that there are longer pieces of hair than others and it’s so choppy and uneven ..it’s embarrassing. Went back to get it “fixed” immediately when I got into the car and realized in the mirror how bad it was done. The owner was kind enough to “fix” and even it out more but they cut off so much that they left my hair so short and if she were to cut more, it would be up to my shoulder where initially it was below the shoulder/breast. She still couldn’t fix the error that her coworker. It was so poorly done. I am so disappointed and can’t believe how incompetent they are. If you own a hair salon, you should know the basics of following instructions when the customer says only ONE inch, then cut only one inch, not five. And don’t leave it so uneven that even a 3rd grader could’ve done a better job, sadly. This is the WORST place you could get your haircut. Do NOT ever come here to get a woman’s haircut. I would leave ZERO stars if I could.
