Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueAfter experiencing a bad cut needed someone to fix my hair. Had appointment at another shop only to be told the stylist wasn’t coming. Stopped in just to ask if they did consultations and was going to schedule appointment for it. Carla was working had me take a seat to look at my hair. Not only did she look at it she fixed it! After experiencing a bad cut needed someone to fix my hair. Had appointment at another shop only to be told the stylist wasn’t coming. Stopped in just to ask if they did consultations and was going to schedule appointment for it. Carla was working had me take a seat to look at my hair. Not only did she look at it she fixed it! Critical: ProfessionalismMy mother had appt scheduled 15 minutes earlier than normal. Mom was worried that she didn’t call the stylist to remind her of earlier time since it’s not uncommon for the stylist to be late. Well she was 20 minutes late forcing my mom to reschedule. The stylist was rude and accused my mom of cancelling on short notice in the past. My mom denies this so stylist must be thinking of someone else. Stylist very rude and combative. My mother had appt scheduled 15 minutes earlier than normal. Mom was worried that she didn’t call the stylist to remind her of earlier time since it’s not uncommon for the stylist to be late. Well she was 20 minutes late forcing my mom to reschedule. The stylist was rude and accused my mom of cancelling on short notice in the past.
