I went in today for my eyebrows as a first timer and I wasn’t greeted. She was frustrated that I kept telling her how I wanted my eyebrows. Kept tossing and throwing the mirror back and forth, aggressively. She doesn’t have any manners and she barely spoke at all. She gives out bad energy. First and last visit.

Upon waiting outside as her sign states, I had to let myself in without any greeting what so ever. I simply asked about the sign and was given a dirty look, eye roll, and a disgusted “yaaaa”. I proceeded to ask if she tinted eye brows & inquired about pricing. She responded $40 & rudely asked if I wanted my eyebrows tinted!? I was alone, however I was on my phone & she rudely commented on it. I gave her ample opportunity to correct her nasty attitude, but it’s clear this is nothing new! She may do amazing work, but needs to focus on her customer service. You can respond to this condescendingly as you may however, consider it constructive criticism to improve yourself and your business. I was going to give 1 star but I’m better than that!
