Absolutely love this place! I’ve been going here for almost a year and I keep coming back. Each set is shaped perfectly and it doesn’t take an extremely long time. I’ve tried other salons and always come back because the quality is so good. Nails last me 3 weeks. They are all really nice.

WORST experience ever! as soon as walked in and sat down, the old, skinny lady, with glasses, was extremely rude to my cousins and I. I had showed her what nails I wanted on my phone and she has said okay. I had grabbed the samples just incase I saw something I’d like better and she snatched them out of my hands and says she already has the color that was on the picture I showed her. I had let it slide. to continue, once she had started doing my nails she said that because “ they were long” it was an extra 5 dollars. I said okay. I realized while she’s doing my nails that they weren’t even long she kept filing them and the thumbs were way too short. I expressed my concerns and she proceeded to say that that’s how they’re supposed to be when I KNOW what my nails are supposed to look like. i’m almost positive that just so I could stop talking about my thumbs she said she’d take off 5 dollars for the length of my nails a “ holiday discount”, she said. yeah, okay. mind you, this is when my nails are already short. she had seen that i was upset and kept bringing up how she was giving me a good price. i had gotten almond shape nails with a sparkly tip. she said “ usually these would be 70 dollars because they’re ombré but i’ll give you holiday discount” I GOT SPARKLY TIPS NOT OMBRÉ. to add, one of nails looks droopy and it looks like a dinosaur tooth and i told her. she kept saying it’s my nail, that my nails is just like that. no, never have i ever had a droopy nail. her application was terrible. let me save you the time, don’t come here. terrible customer service and terrible nail job.

I just got my nails done here and had such a great experience! Not only did they do such an amazing job on my nails but they were so knowledgeable and so sweet! They definitely make sure you are relaxed and taken care of. Over all never been happier with getting my nails done then I have here.

I really loved the experience of getting my nails done here. The environment is clean, and the staff was really nice. I had to reschedule twice on the same day due to changes in my schedule, but they were very responsive and were able to squeeze me in. Overall, it was a very lovely experience, and I highly recommend it!

Just got my nails done for the first time since the pandemic started. What an efficient and friendly operation. The facility was so clean. The people working there were so nice. I am so happy and can’t wait to go back.

Honestly this was my first time trying this place out. The nail technicians are so nice and the work is amazing! I’m already going on 3 weeks for my gel manicure and it’s still in perfect condition (aside from the fact that my nails grew out). Would definitely recommend this place.

I went there for a manicure and pedicure and loved how it turned out. The acrylics were great quality and I went back for a fill about 3 weeks later even though I could have even waited longer. I noticed one small flaw before the top coat on my fill and it was quickly fixed properly right away. The nails are shaped and filed perfectly and the white has stayed white on my French tip. I have read some of the comments on here and I think they aren’t a true representation of the professionalism and quality this nail salon provides. If you want to check it out I suggest going on a weekday to avoid the rush. This is a great nail shop right located conveniently in Jordan Creek Mall. They are very professional and helpful. I went there for a manicure and pedicure and loved how it turned out. The acrylics were great quality and I went back for a fill about 3 weeks later even though I could have even waited longer. My mom and I had the best experiences at the nail salon and would highly recommend it! My mom is the most pickiest person with her nails and she (and I both) walked out so satisfied. It is a nice, clean atmosphere and the staff is super friendly. We will both be going back!!
