I don’t understand, you have 2 calendars that appointments are supposed to go in? Apparently this is the case. My niece called in for an appointment over a month in advance. Short story, they messed up and she wasn’t able to get her hair done for her own wedding. You made her cry and that isn’t cool. We’ve contacted you and haven’t had the courtesy of a call back. I got my hair dyed as an ombre here for the first time and I picked out a cute dark copper color from their book of hair colors. They dyed it and it turned out bright red-orange and disgusting so naturally I wanted it fixed with my guaranteed 10 days of free fixing they offered me. They told me I couldn’t get it re-dyed the only day I was available because they didn’t have enough people to do it (there were three of them in the place who weren’t doing anything.) They sat there and stared at me until I left only telling me I could come back tomorrow after I told them I wasn’t available. I definitely don’t recommend this place to anyone anymore. It used to be my absolute favorite place for cuts and I’ve been going here since I was little but they were rude and unfriendly in my time of need. They aren’t very good at hair cuts plus they can’t dye hair correctly. If you want bad customer service, horrible hair cuts, and orange hair, this is the place for you.

I am absolutely livid to find out that you ruined my cousins wedding by not being able to do her hair simply because someone did not do their job and did not write her in both books and to not squeeze her in before people going to homecoming ??? Seriously she only gets one wedding !!!! Bs!!! I am going to share this story with others hope they read and see what kind of people you are .
