Alexa did a great job today. I had an orangish hair color which makes me went at a salon and fix it. She was really patient and nice, very careful with my hair and my needs. The only thing that i’m sorry is that we didn’t took any before and after pictures. It was a big difference in a good way. I really recommend her.

Called and left a message at 10am today requesting an appointment for next week to get my nails done. Called again at 1.40pm as no one had returned my call. I asked the lady that answered the phone if they have anyone that does designs in nails. She said she didn’t know. I asked her if she could ask someone else there, she said “It’s kinda late in the day on a Saturday to be asking those questions. There’s really no one here that would know, they are all do hair.” I asked her to see if she could ask a stylist to talk to me, maybe they will know. She put me on hold for about a minute, then came back and said rudely that they are pretty sure no one does that there. Ok, fine, I get the message. You obviously don’t want my business if you are rude. Heads up ladies, not professional nor knowedgable about the services they offer.
