I gave them 3 stars and I’ll tell you why. When I started seeing Lori for haircuts she was very friendly and I really loved the way she cut my hair. The last two appointments were interesting. The time before last she cut my hair where it was much longer on one side than the other. I had to to go back and have it corrected. The last time I went in just to get a plain blunt cut straight across nothing fancy. Was I ever surprised when she charged me $30 for that. I’m sorry but I can’t see paying $30 to sit in a salon chair for 10 minutes.
