Critical: QualityI went and got my eyebrows threaded, The normal lady that does it wasn’t there. I used another lady. My eyebrows look basically the same so i asked her to touch them up more and she gave an excuse saying i have gaps in my eyebrows. I have very thick eyebrows, with absolutely zero gap. I didn’t want to argue so i paid her and left. After 10 years of using the same people, which i normally go to greenbriar. I won’t go here again. Smh, Now i got to pay someone else to really arch my eyebrows. smh…. I could see if it was a lot of customers but i was literally the only one in there. I went and got my eyebrows threaded, The normal lady that does it wasn’t there. I used another lady. My eyebrows look basically the same so i asked her to touch them up more and she gave an excuse saying i have gaps in my eyebrows. I have very thick eyebrows, with absolutely zero gap. Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueCame to this establishment to get henna done on my arm and showed the woman a photo of what I was looking for. Instead of her telling me she didn’t know how to do it she drew with the skills of a 8 year old on my skin. When I came back the next day after the henna fully developed she didn’t want to refund me even though the work was horrible. The owner didn’t wanna refund me. I had a whole hour ordeal trying to get my money back while sitting on the phone with her manager she thought it was okay to snap pictures of me not knowing I knew how to navigate “recently deleted” on iPhones. I wouldn’t recommend to my worse enemy. Came to this establishment to get henna done on my arm and showed the woman a photo of what I was looking for. Instead of her telling me she didn’t know how to do it she drew with the skills of a 8 year old on my skin. When I came back the next day after the henna fully developed she didn’t want to refund me even though the work was horrible. The owner didn’t wanna refund me. Outside Brazilian waxes were advertised for $25 after her services they charged her for a different service to get $35 from her. They stated that they needed to update their prices and the ad was old. She also left with a cut after her services were completed. She noticed the cut when we got home because after her wax was done they did not give her a mirror to see the results. We called the owners and they handled the situation poorly and stated that it was not their problem anymore. Outside Brazilian waxes were advertised for $25 after her services they charged her for a different service to get $35 from her.
