I am new to the Georgia area and have been searching high and low for someone to do my brows and lashes ( I love tint and strips only), so I found this place and the reviews were pretty good. So, I went on and purchased their #2 combo. The service was great! They were kind and very friendly, however, they didn’t leave the tint on long enough and when I asked for my lashes to be sealed at the bottom, she just applied more glue to the corners. It appeared that the tint would wash away as soon as I left, or be rubbed off in my sleep. I was right. The same night, just hours later, my eyelashes began to lift in the same corners where she applied more glue, by morning they were completely off. My eyebrows didn’t even look like they had been tinted. I was really trying to give this place a chance as I needed a permanent spot to have these services done bi-weekly. So, I called today, which was the next morning, and explained what happened and asked if I could come back in. Lady asked for a picture of my eyes. What would the picture show you? My eyelashes were on the pillow when I woke up. She said sorry, we don’t offer any guarantee when you leave. I didn’t see that posted anywhere. Instead, I kindly said thank you, I’ll post my review online and go elsewhere. Nice people, but definitely an inability to retain customers. I won’t go back.

Usually my go to, bc you can’t beat the price. However, this last time, my skin was so raw from the technician that it ended up scarring. I had a feeling she was not quite experienced with threading and opted for a wax as the beginning of the thread session was beyond painful.

I was happy with the ending before leaving the establishment with my brows and lashes. I was told not to apply water near my lashes for 24 hours and did just that. Washed my hair the day after and a whole section of lashes were missing. Called them to explain what happened and was told they would fix them but I would have to pay?! As a customer who has patronize you all before I am extremely dissatisfied! I basically paid for a faux experience! Will probably never again. Only reason I came here is because of the way you all do my brows maybe I should have stuck with that!
