I called and asked if they took walk in she said yeah go ahead come down. I make it down there 10 minutes later and the doors locked, from her desk she mouths to me that they’re closed. Naturally I tell her I just called you and you told me to come down here; so they open the door to tell me again that they’re closed. A Hispanic man walks up behind me talking to them in Spanish asking for a haircut and they let him in not knowing that I understood the conversation. They didn’t want to take me until I insisted because I drove down there already. My haircut came out horrible and I feel like if I would have been speaking Spanish they probably would have let me in without hesitation.

I did not like the way that they cut my hair the hair cutter was so sharp that Irma my stylist cut 1 inch of my neck and if that wasnt enough she cut the back of my head which caused it to start dripping blood and she didn’t even say sorry she just said why didn’t you tell me if I cut you tell me. In conclusion they are way too rough with the machines I do not recommend this place or Irma the sylist.
