Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, PunctualityI will never go back to this salon! They are extremely unorganized. There’s no way of telling who came before who, even when you’ve been sitting there for TWO HOURS PLUS. Then when they finally start your hair they’re too busy joking and talking loudly to each other that they don’t focus on what they’re supposed to be doing, which makes them take even longer! I even saw two of the workers stop doing the clients hair and start dancing smh. This place is so unprofessional. They have no regards for your time. As if that wasn’t enough for me to never to go back, while I was getting my hair done a HUGE RAT ran passed me! Even the lady who was doing my hair screamed. I will never go back to this salon! They are extremely unorganized. There’s no way of telling who came before who, even when you’ve been sitting there for TWO HOURS PLUS. Then when they finally start your hair they’re too busy joking and talking loudly to each other that they don’t focus on what they’re supposed to be doing, which makes them take even longer! I called early in the morning and asked if they do kids hair and do they wash the hair, the person I spoke to on the phone told me to come on in with my daughter. Got there at 8:30 and about an hour later I was told to wash my daughters hair by myself meanwhile they didn’t even have any warm water. In my mind just to hasten the process I decided to do it. After all that I waited till10:30 with no one doing my daughters hair with the excuse of I have to wait for who does kids hair: if that was conveyed to me earlier I won’t have wasted my time waiting. I called early in the morning and asked if they do kids hair and do they wash the hair, the person I spoke to on the phone told me to come on in with my daughter. I kept calling back they kept saying they didn’t receive it. The woman than hung up on me and told me she was busy! So I google this place which was near me for my daughters hair to price for back to school. She told me to send her a picture, which I did! I kept calling back they kept saying they didn’t receive it. The woman than hung up on me and told me she was busy!
