I’m so upset with how Diana cut and colored my hair. She left my hair choppy and sloppy. I asked for an ombré color and she left me with pee yellow (BLEACH BLONDE) side bangs. My hair is absolutely ruined. It was falling off in CHUNKS as she brushed it but still charged me $85. I’ve never had such a horrible job done on my hair… the only upside is she was friendly and polite even thought she knew she screwed it up. I won’t be going back, and if i could give this place 0 stars, I would.
