Been here a few times the vibes arent it. I went last summer to cut all of my hair because i was so tired of it, and the girl that was available refused to cut it. She said she doesn’t chop off someones healthy hair but that should be my choice right? Anyways i got the cut from another girl and it was good.

I’m so upset yes they were very nice but I showed a picture of what I wanted about 3 times she held my phone and looked at it ! Talked about the length I wanted I explained to her and I understand some people can’t do things just like the picture but I have a hair cut to my jaw!! after I wanted it 2 inches below my shoulder ,I’m very upset I feel so ugly my self esteem is so low I haven’t stopped crying and I’m pregnant and I just feel like I’m going threw a crisis omg it’s horrible it makes me hate my self

I went to another salon previously and the stylist over processed my hair, so I didn’t feel comfortable returning. I decided to try Class Act Salon and so glad I did. Christabel listened to my concerns and to the history of my hair and gave me exactly what I asked for. My hair looks healthy again and once I’m ready to color it again, I have complete confidence she will do an amazing job. She made the experience so relaxing and comfortable for me, it was fabulous!

The girls know how to treat customers and they work to provide exactly what the client wants. Not to mention all the services that the salon provides. Class Act Salon and Spa is by far the best salon out there! The prices are super fair, the products are high end, these girls REALLY know their stuff, the customer service is above and beyond, AND now they have two locations! I live in Mathis and the new Calallen location is only 20 minutes from me. They do color, cuts, pedicures and manicures, electrolysis, waxing, massages, perms, extensions, permanent make-up, facials, teeth whitening, eyelashes, tattoo removal, YOU NAME IT. This place really is amazing yall. TRY THEM, you will not regret it!!!
