Great customer service. I absolutely LOVE LOVE LOVE my hair! My hair has never been in better condition. The products are gentle and effective. My stylist educated me on what products to use to maintain my color and Brazilian blowout at home. I was treated like family, and the energy is AMAZING here! Highly recommend. Misty worked magic on my hair gave me amazing cut I have been looking so hard for someone to know how to cut baby silky fine hair . Horrible place & business. Owner (Brandy) clearly doesn’t know how to run a business. So many stylists and employees have quit because of the horrible treatment and pay. Prices for services are way overpriced for the cheap products being used. You’re better off going to any other salon that has even decent products. At their Calallen location the clarifying treatment is dawn dish soap. She tells her employees to lie to customers about how long they’ve been a stylist for, products being used, and who the owner of the store is.

Class Act Salon & Spa is a horrible place. Do not go here the owner is rude and unprofessional. They completely butchered my hair and didn’t even offer to fix it. They aren’t highly trained professionals like they claim to be. The owner is a scam artist as well. They use cheap products that damage your hair when they claim its high end stuff.

Adrianna is such a kind and friendly soul, get your nails done with her and I promise you won’t be disappointed!
