The salon was very clean and pleasant. All girls there were friendly. My hair turned out exactly as I wanted and Sabre was very willing to do what I wanted. I had had a couple bad experiences before I went to Sabre, they did what they thought was best. That is such a helpless feeling.

Critical: Professionalism, QualityA couple weeks ago I called and asked about possibly making an appointment to get my hair done and the lady who answered the phone left a message but nobody ever returned my call. Then the other day I messaged them through Facebook and they looked at my messages but never responded. Very unprofessional.
