Ever since Leigh left this place has changed. My daughter and I were loyal customers but we will not be going back after today. Scheduled an appt for my daughter for a haircut and color (light brown). The appt was scheduled for 10am til 11:50am. I realize things happen but they did not finish with my daughter till 1:30pm! We were there since 9:45 am. They know we drive from Massachusetts, and didn’t even have the decency to let us know we wouldn’t be done on time. They kept saying 25 more minutes and 25 minutes later they’d say another 25 minutes and on and on…. To top it all off last time they charged us $85 for the same service. For whatever reason it was $150 this time. Not impressed

The girl who did my hair was nice although it’s not really what I wanted. She did a root smudge ( dark brown ) and then balayage. I said I wanted something different than what I had ( red hair ) the hair color is cute but im pretty disappointed that it’s not the color that I wanted and in the photos we looked at. I thought the balayage was going to be a lighter color and not still red like what was already in my hair. She did a nice curl for me when I left. She did my eyebrows also but my right eyebrow wasn’t really finished on the top so I had to finish it when I came home. Upset that I spent 195 and my balayage wasn’t the color I wanted And it was still red when I said I wanted something different because I always do red but overall it’s an okay look and her balayage technique is pretty
