She rushed and hosed up a razor fade and did razor fade with trimmers. Had to go to another barber to fix her $&@$ up. Acted like she had better things to do. Razor fade took 5 minutes.

Took my son to get a hair cut. The woman who cut his hair “Ashley” was sitting in front of the store window smoking a cigarette. Which should have been my first clue. But I told her he wanted a trim and that he was trying to grow it out so “just give it some shape take some off of the sides and little to none from the top.” She charged me $19 to trim around his ears and neck. He’s 11 years old. What an absolute joke.

I frequently have come here for cuts on the 1st come 1st serve basis at this shop. The girl stylists are great and welcoming. I like to support local and I do like how this establishment does a neck shave. However, stylist Steve continues to show his racism through blatantly ignoring the next guy in line. Skipping him knowing damn well he’s been there the longest all so he can feel more comfortable cutting someone’s hair that he doesn’t have a problem with their color. Ill take my local business somewhere else so Steve can stay in his comfort zone.

I like to wear my hair just a little long and they have gotten it almost right once out of the 4 or 5 times I have been here. The last time was the worst. I have never seen the same barbers in here at any of my visits. Normally I like to find a barber and patronize them. My barber of 15 years retired a while back and I have been looking for a new one. It obviously is not this establishment. Add to that they do not seem overly concerned about COVID. Personally I did not enjoy the time I spent at this establishment. I asked for a simple undercut as well as asking for my sideburns to be shaved, not only did she not shave my sideburns but my undercut was poorly done. When I first looked at where the woman who I might say had a slight attitude cut my hair it looked like as if she never even performed my undercut. I even asked for my hair to be washed and all I got was a subtle glare with no verbal response. Why would you ask if I wanted anything else done if you were going ignore me?

I clearly explained what I wanted, she proceeded to cut ALL my hair off into a military style cut. She has no business with clippers in her hand. Cant even fade properly. What a joke. Avoid this place.
