Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityI went there to get feed in braids. My hair was done by someone named Tee. I told her I wanted a 1b/118 mix. This way the hair color would be evenly distributed throughout my hair. She failed to do that task. The front has the red but in the back there are patches. If she would have followed instructions that would not be. She made a lot of criticisms of my hair. For instance, she implied that I have white in my family which is why my hair is this way. She combed my, 3c shoulders length hair, with a rat tail comb which caused pain , tangles, and felt like she was ripping my hair. I told her with my hair you have to use a wide tooth comb and she told me I don’t know how to comb my hair. The braids are tight in the front. I paid 90 dollars for 6 feed in braids with 6 minis and I’m not very happy with the overall process. That lady will never do my hair and I doubt I will ever go back there because the place wasn’t clean. There was hair all over the floor in the front and back and hair packets in the floor half opened. Nobody wants hair from off the floor used in their head. I went there to get feed in braids. My hair was done by someone named Tee. I told her I wanted a 1b/118 mix. This way the hair color would be evenly distributed throughout my hair.
