Yesterday I went back to Precision Nails after a long time to get a full set of acrylics. To say the least I was not happy with my nails and I called later that day to make an appointment to get them fixed, luckily I got an appointment for the next day (today) and my nails are absolutely perfect and were free of charge. LyLy did such an amazing job and every detail is perfect. The service was great, despite my bad experience yesterday I am so happy it was easily rectified and they were so understanding.

I have been there twice and I have had a problem both times the first time I went to precision nails I got a gel pedicure that chipped the first day that I got it I went back and had it repaired and the next day it chipped again. Since they’re cheap I decided to go back again and got an acrylic manicure within a week two of the nails have broken. Mind you I’ve been getting acrylics for over two years and have never had nails break this quickly And now they refused to fix my nails. The first excuse they gave for refusing to fix my nails was that they were acrylic fill ins – I reminded them that the two nails that had broken were the two brand new nails they had put on. They then change their tune to say that it was because I hadn’t come within three days to get them fixed so I’m unsure whether or not it was because it wasnt three days or because it was Fill ins. An upscale, clean and professional nail salon. The techs really know their trade. They take pride in their work and the owners/operators take pride in the establishment… and it shows! Cindy is amazing and gets me out of there in half the time it takes other shops…. and with better results! Please note, you pay for quality here! There are plenty of cheap salons in the area where you will get a cheap manicure that will only last 3-5 days but not here! I get a hard gel fill that lasts me 4-5 weeks.

My mother and I went to precision this past Wednesday 7/27/22. We both received pedicures and I had my eyebrows and lip waxed. Although the pedicures look good we felt we were rushed through the service compared to other mail salons we usually go to. Very little time was spent on exfoliating and lotion massage. When I had the waxing done the tech really rushed through. She was very fast putting on the wax . She didn’t take the time to check that all the hair was removed. She quickly flashed the mirror at me. I had to ask for it back to look again because there wasn’t much light. When I asked if she could trim my eyebrows she said no, she doesn’t do that. And when I asked if she could pluck whatever was missed by the wax she said it was fine. When I went home and looked in the mirror where there was better light I was angry. There was a lot of hair still on my brows and on the corner of my upper lip. I had to finish clearing that myself with my tweezers. It’s a waste of time to pay and tip for a service you have to finish yourself. I will never go there again.

this is the 2nd time i’ve used this place and both times were highly disappointing. a mani/pedi should not be hard. i was going to get gel but considering they did not even do a decent job with regular nail polish I am glad i decided against it. thick polish, uneven and not clean or neat. pedicure was done the same way. ***picture makes it look better than it actually is 🙁 ****

I always have a great experience here. Its a clean environment With welcoming and professional staff. They have a great color selection on gel and dip powder. And I would recommend making an appointment before going in, they can get a busy for manicures. My personal favorite technician is Miss T!

Giving 4 stars based on the quality & speedy service. If your looking to be in and out i will recommend them. Its like 30 workers there unlike other salons now and days. I didn’t give 5 full stars due to my personal experience with one worker, she must’ve been having a bad day, i still tipped her for her effort of fixing the nail she I’m sure didn’t want to repaint but thats another story for a later day… overall the place itself is super nice and clean… they are definitely attracting their clients with this one in the city of Clark.
