What don’t I recommend?! Gillian always patiently reviews the schedule to fit me in where its best for me. I love that she knows who I am when I call. With today’s technology, its not uncommon to recognize numbers but its very rare to be greeted by name. Lori is amazing. She feels like a life long friend at every appointment. She is so knowledgeable about products, very professional and always honest.

I had my first visit with Lori today & got Botox done. Initially I wanted to get Sculptra done but as I’d had Radiesse done last year, there’s a good possibility that I could essentially end up with lumps in my face if I got it done right now. Lori patiently explained the hows & whys of it all. And explained it again, so very patiently, when I didn’t fully understand it. As much as I wanted sculptra immediately, I decided to hold off for a bit as Lori had recommended. Concerned about the having to look at the loss of volume/firmness of my face while I waited to safely start Sculptra, Lori gave me the wonderful alternative treatment plan – Botox in the areas of my face that I’m concerned about, which she then administered.
