I’ve never had a bad experience there, unless you count trying to park in downtown Clayton–and that’s not the salon’s fault. Nicole is the one I go to; she’s a genius with highlights and the cut is always exactly what I ask for. She’ll tell you what products she’s using but will never push anything on you. It’s not cheap, but neither is it unreasonable for the STL area (and let’s be honest; blonde highlights are rarely cheap).
