A little expensive blow dry and cut was 65 then deep treatment another 25 for medium to long hair so paid 90 plus tip, but i will say she did do a great job. She cares what she does because when she saw my hair could use a hot iron, she did it without some kind of extra cost in order to leave facility looking good and not dry and terrible. I still love my dominican places but i did not dislike my experience there.

Had a hair emergency and was looking for salon near me that opens the earliest as I can’t wait to have my hair color corrected. I’m so thankful for this salon for getting me in this morning so last minute! I had root touch-ups and highlights around 3 months ago. Greys were coming out and after days of “googling”, I decided to use semi-permanent color (Combination of sterling with drops of black in a brand marketed as vegan, cruelty-free, ammonia and hydrogen peroxide free) thinking that this will blend my gray and at the same time make my highlights not too yellow but ashy. And since it’s semipermanent, I can wash it out with no problem. After coloring, I noticed that my hark was all black. I washed my hair the next day then noticed that it became greenish/bluish which I didn’t like at all. I washed it with clarifying shampoo but it didn’t help much. I went back to googling on how to remove the color. Shampooed hair at least 15 times and was still bleeding but less everytime, rinse with Apple Cider Vinegar…Hair still greenish but better than it was but I don’t think I can pull it off. Anyway, Clara’s salon to the rescue They listened to what I wanted and also made me aware on what’s good and not too good. They worked their magic, they worked hard, step by step to achieve what I want. I’m happy with the result. Hair looks much better as to color compared to prior to I ruined it. No chunky highlights. Learned my lesson the hard way. Never to do it again ever! That supposedly semi-permanent hair color seemed to be very permanent.

I get my hair cut by Li, the owner. She is simply the best. I had always struggled to manage my curly hair, but it has been easy since I started coming here. Li is friendly, professional, and accommodating. On one of my first visits, one of the other stylists (I don’t know if she is there anymore) really messed up my hair. Li immediately came over and did the best she could to fix it, and gave me a full refund. She really listens when you describe what you want your hair to look like, but she also makes helpful recommendations. My hair has never looked better.

I showed her the wig I was wearing which was a Bob with bangs and I told her I wanted the exact same cut. Gina proceeded to chop up my hair and before I knew it was happening she had ruined my hair to the point where it couldn’t be fixed. I was wearing my wig for three months and was looking forward to rocking my natural hair again. My hair is botched so badly that sadly I’ll have to wear my wig now for the rest of the summer. If you can avoid going to their salon. Don’t let what happened to me happened to you.
