I went in with my face completely covered by cloth, But it wasn’t the face covering they preferred. One of the employees directed me too their over priced mask, I declined to buy because what I wanted was already in my hand. so I was completely dismissed and refused service. Then she started slamming my items on the counter and rolling her eyes at me. She wouldn’t help my friend pick out the wig she was asking for and my friend kept saying thank you and please and she was still being extremely rude and when I left my bag she started saying a lot of rude things to us.Really bad customer service. Really bad customer service. Worker had rolled her eyes at me and my friend the whole time we were there. Then she started slamming my items on the counter and rolling her eyes at me. She wouldn’t help my friend pick out the wig she was asking for and my friend kept saying thank you and please and she was still being extremely rude and when I left my bag she started saying a lot of rude things to us.

Critical: ProfessionalismWorst customer service ever. The little girl with the dreads ( I think she had dreads, didn’t really pay her much attention) she said “ if you every ready you can step down there.” I found that really rude i threw my items down and walked out that store.
