Dr. Parker is great and has helped me many times over the years with chiropractic care, as well as scheduling massage therapy. I have had many great massages from several licensed massage therapists. Yesterday I had a great massage with Jennifer. I have also had many great massages from Dawn over the years.

Dr. Parker Was extremely knowledgeable in all areas that we had questions. He took his time with my mom and never made us feel rushed in any way. He was more than willing to give suggestions and exercises she could do to help better her situation. He even gave us the names of other doctors we could see to get other opinions. He gave my mom a back brace to wear which eliminated the pain she was in. I am grateful to Dr.Parker for the time and energy he spent with my mom in making sure she was taken care of. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a doctor who takes the time to sit with you and find the treatment that is curtailed to you specifically.

My massage was very well done. I asked for firm pressure and got exactly that. I had knee soreness and when I left I felt great. We had a small issues. My girlfriend got a groupon for a 90 minute treatment with 60 minute massage, ultra-sound and heat packs. It was scheduled for 1:30 originally. They sent us a text message the night before changing the time to 1:00 we later found out. I did not get the ultra sound and heat packs with my hour massage. My girlfriend was very not happy because she really enjoyed the ultra-sound and heat pack part, and thought I would as well.

Bought coupon from Groupon for an hour massage. I called the clinic and left messages several times to schedule an appointment but no response only one text mesaage stating that they are completely booked and no follow up when I can get an appointment. I had to cancel my purchase and unfortunately, I can only get Groupon credit rather than refund what I paid to my checking account. Do not waste your time and money.

I had low back pain for 2 weeks, came in to this place and it was one of the most thorough chiropractic treatments I ever had. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I came back 4 days later for a massage with Dawn, she is amazing!! You will not be displeased for the price.

I have had both massages and seen the chiropractor at this business and I felt that the massage was one of the best I have had. Deep tissue but not to the point of being too painful. I also really enjoyed the chiropractic adjustment and felt that he used techniques that I have not experienced before. Really great experience. They were really nice and accomodating. I gave a 4 instead of a 5 only because of the aesthetics of the business inside and outside. The inside is really small and the outside is awkward with it being in the “business district”

Like many others, I bought a package on Groupon, but despite trying to call and book the appt, nobody will answer the phone or call me back. I am not the only one reporting this issue. In someone else’s review, this business said its a recent problem and blamed it on a death or emotional setback of some sort. But after scrolling through the reviews you can see these reports of no call backs go back for months. This place repeatedly ignores phone calls and does not call people back. That is unacceptable. And when you have a long history of this behavior that is obviously not a recent problem, nor is it excusable. If you have a documented history of ignoring people and bad customer service, that is your fault and you have not shown a willingness or ability to fix it. Unacceptable. I have been in business all my life and I would be fired if this was how I ran a business.
