Positive: Communication, Professionalism, QualityI’ve been to many massage therapists and I have to say Sara is the best in the business! She is a magician with her hands. I like massages that hurt good (if that makes sense) and she has a perfect balance of relaxation and effectiveness. Also, she is just a great, genuine person to talk to if you like chatting during massage. And her laugh is contagious Walking into Clackamas Massage and Wellness, I feel welcomed and comfortable even during this pandemic. Hand sanitizer is always available and all areas feel clean inside the building. They take all precautions necessary to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience. I’ve been to many massage therapists and I have to say Sara is the best in the business! She is a magician with her hands. I like massages that hurt good (if that makes sense) and she has a perfect balance of relaxation and effectiveness. Also, she is just a great, genuine person to talk to if you like chatting during massage. And her laugh is contagious

Critical: Professionalism, QualityI do not recommend I went in to get lashes from Annie Reyna. Paid 1:50 for a classic/hybrid lash extension. 3 days after one of my eyes has missing patches of lashes. I contacted her asking what I could do. Sure blamed me and offered to fix it. Two days went by the other eye had patches I text her to tell her and she said lashes weren’t for me to and made me feel horrible. I will not be returning for any other service. In addition, the place was not clean and during the session she played derogatory music making it difficult to relax. they took my money and lost my business. Yes she offered to fix one eye but when I mentioned that my other eye was missing patches she stated that lashes were not for me. Blaming the customer. Annie also canceled my appointment herself saying she would not have the time to fix both eyes. There was no communication error on my end. I also know that I paid 150.00 to have lashes for 3 days. I contacted her asking what I could do. Sure blamed me and offered to fix it. It was the first time I got any service done during the pandemic. I have a family to little kids and keeping a safe is a big priority to me. I felt really confident that they were taking all the precautions necessary to keep me and everyone safe.Upon arriving I sanitize my hands and had my temperature taken Megan was the only person I saw but she was wearing a mask and so was myself. I stopped at the lobby and treatment room in the bathroom or very clean! It was the first time I got any service done during the pandemic. I have a family to little kids and keeping a safe is a big priority to me. I felt really confident that they were taking all the precautions necessary to keep me and everyone safe.

My lashes always look so beautiful after every visit and my lash retention is always so great! Would recommend to anyone! Also a very clean and lovely place.
