A couple of months ago I experienced on of the WORST hair experiences of my life. Even if you are desperate DO NOT GET YOUR HAIR DONE WITH THIS COMPANY!!!! the most unprofessional, un organized business lady i have ever encountered. I would hate to see someone else’s time wasted like mine so PLEASE do not do it! To avoid a long explanation in simpler terms. I was lied to, Over the phone they have a child handling business calls and appointments which is the first mistake. I had asked for Brazilian body wave hair and was confirmed with this over the phone. A lady arrived with Indian Remy STRAIGHT weave. Un willing to reimburse me or negotiate with me. The bundles were THEN WORST bundles I have seen in my life, similar to packaged hair. In addition, I was given the incorrect address and when the lady finally arrived I was waiting for a little over an hour and a half to get my hair done and have my hair delivered. Please take my word, do not do it!
