After bouncing around for years in this area I finally found my salon! I’m very picky and love unique designs. Christina does a phenomenal job and can pretty much do whatever design I bring to her. The salon is very clean, professional and they pay great attention to detail. Husband Ken gives a fabulous pedicure and massage. I’ve been coming here for around 6 months now and I’m here to stay! Thanks Chris and Ken for taking such great care of me!!

They did an amazing job. This is my 3rd time getting my nails done here. Every time they are so friendly and helpful! My nails look neat and they do a good business here. Best pedicure ever! Got their top of the line (deluxe?) pedi. Very reasonable at around $60. It lasted over 1.5 hours and I got the best lower leg and foot massage, scrub, hot stone (2nd massage!), warm lotion/towel, gentle but effective callous removal, and detailed polish. Still looks great 8 days later. Felt very luxurious and pampered for my birthday. If you want a loud, crowded, rushed experience, don’t go here. It is a husband/wife business. They give one on one attention. Place is immaculate (they also follow covid protocols), relaxing, and they couldn’t be nicer. I have been to other places with many nail techs, too many people, lots of chatter, loud, and rushed me out to get next customer in my chair. You won’t find that here. You do need an appointment but the payoff is a great experience.

I’ve been to this place before and have gotten better service than today. First, I want to say that it’s really annoying when one of the owners is standing outside the door smoking. I’m sure most don’t want to walk through that nastiness. I sure don’t! Then, I have to wait 20 min past my scheduled appointment time to get service. I also noticed they made another customer wait an unrealistic amount of time to get service as well. I think they are overextending themselves with appointments and it’s just a huge turn off. People have other things to do. My pedicure was rushed and I don’t feel like there was any attention to detail with the cuticle work and my nails weren’t cut back like I prefer. Very dissatisfied.

No respect for appointments. I was not sat for over 20 minutes past my appointment time. Then my manicure lasted all of 20 minutes and it was messy. Not clean lines and jagged at the end. Regret trying a new place. There were also nats flying around . Will not return and do not recommend

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI have never left a review and hate to complain but felt very strongly that I needed to do so for this experience. I went in for SNS yesterday and really wanted to like this place but ended up being very disappointed. The person who did my nails cut me and made me bleed on almost every single finger from filing them so hard. You can see the lines on my skin from where the file was. This is unsanitary, especially right now with the pandemic. I also felt a little nervous given that I had open cuts being exposed to their nail instruments (file, drill, etc.) that were used on others. The service took almost 2 hours and weird white specks were left on my nails. I contacted the owners to inform them that I was in pain and that the area around my nails that was bleeding is swollen – wanting to give them the benefit of the doubt and make up for it. They told me that the service is not refundable and basically blamed me and my “dry skin” for the issue. My skin did not have cuts prior to going in. The owner also told me “it will go away” and to “use moisturizer”. Unacceptable to blame me, the client, for something the nail tech did. They made me feel like I was lying about it. Horrible customer service!! I was then told to come back in to “fix my nails” but how do you fix cuts that are swollen on the skin and why would I want to return with customer service like that? I went in for SNS yesterday and really wanted to like this place but ended up being very disappointed. I started coming here a couple of months ago wife and husband team so I understand the wait will take some time. Yesterday I had an appointment at 2pm she soaked my nails til 3pm started working on them at 3:30pm was ready to walk out. The nail color I picked out she stated there was an issue with the color, so I decided a French with dip powder price was told $60 last time it was $55. I decided let’s go with acrylic (pink/white) over my natural nails and was charged $70 bucks meanwhile the work was nice not worth the price and the very long wait. She also rushed through the work and got agitated when I took my phone out of my purse due to my home alarm system notification all I did was look at it for two seconds, although I waited for her almost 2hrs. I understand the Covid pandemic but $70 for acrylic over natural nails is extreme the prices jumps if your not one of her regular from a long time ago. I will not return to this place will go somewhere with shorter wait time and better prices. P.s yes they serve alcohol/ beverages while you wait but not everyone drinks.
