I took my diabetic mother to this Nail Salon and she requested a pedicure and hair removal from her face. My mother requested one toe nail be filed once more then the nail tech brushed her toe with a nail filer until she cut her foot! my mother has a painful lesion and now we do not know if this will heal because as i first mentioned she is a diabetic. My mother then proceeded to get hair removed from her face and the nailtech kept pulling my moms face with the strips full of hot wax as if she was ANGRY! NEVER AGAIN THIS PLACE SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN!

I wish I had took my business elsewhere. Me and my sister went in to get a full set of coffin shaped acrylic nails. We were waiting for like 10-15 minuets but there was at least 4 ladies in the back just sitting around and talking not even willing to get up and help us. Once we left after 4/5 days the color started to fade at the top, the colors started to chip as well and it hasn’t even been a full 7 days and 2 nails already fell off so please don’t go here save your money go somewhere else. I personally like Linda’s nails in Georgetown Tx. I went there to get my homecoming nails done and they lasted a good 3 weeks to a month so please go try them or somewhere else not here.

Critical: Qualityi showed a picture of the nails that i wanted and she started it and it was terrible. the lady said she could do it and it turned out worse than i’ve ever had. not worth the price for sure. wont be going there ever again!!!!

Would not recommend! On 5/19/19, brought my daughter who was 9 mos pregnant, and I for a Gel Manicure. We left noticing there were bumps and holes in the polish of our nails. The next day, Gel started to chip off my nails already, I called and spoke to Kenny explaining that both our nails did not look good. He told me we could come in and get them fixed. My daughter had her baby – I told him due to this fact we could not come in right away and he said it would be no problem. I also went into the place of business about 4 to 5 days later and spoke to Kenny, telling him we could not come in right away due to the baby. He said it was ok and to just come in. I even asked if I should get a gift certificate since I did not know the time we could make it. He said no and it would be ok. We finally went in today, 6/3/19, and Kenny tells me he will only fix my daughters nails but not mine due to being over 10 days! He never told me I had a time frame before, in my 2 calls to him, nor my stopping in to let him know our situation. He always promised he would fix us up. As I was so happy my daughter could get her nails fixed, I was very very sad that a promise was not kept to myself. I paid over $30 for a service that was horrible! They do not have the best selection of gel colors either and the sample color nails do not come out on your nails the way they look in the sample…..DON’T BOTHER SPENDING YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE!

Critical: Professionalism, QualityThe lady tried pop off the sms nail without soaking rhe nail which hurt and I had to stop her. Then she teies it again so I said no again after she b y fingernail. She then soak them and used the electric file which burn the nail. Next she put a darker shade of pink then I chose. Lastly she left my hands looking a sloppy mess. After 4 days the nail popped off. Kenny was absolutely wonderful! When I got there they weren’t that busy but people started quickly piling in. It was my first time to visit there. I had previously gone to the one a few doors down but they were closed on Sunday and that’s when I do my grocery shopping at HEB while my hubby keeps the kids. So it was my only chance to get them done. This place is located a stone’s throw away from the entrance to HEB so it was super convenient! Anyways, I wanted to change my nails to a colored solar tip and have toe polish to match. They helped me get it all put together. Then they got started on my color change on my toes. I was expecting them to just put my foot up there and wipe off the old and slap on the new like the last place did. But no. They gave me toe separators and even trimmed and buffed my nails! All for $10! I was totally happy! Then, as I was sitting there getting my nails done and more and more people came in, Kenny never once rushed me or missed a beat. I’m assuming he was an owner because of his authoritative mannerisms but I was totally impressed! My nails are beautiful and I will definitely be back!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Critical: QualityI hate to leave bad reviews but..I Got my nails done last Thursday, that night 3 broke. By Tuesday 5 nails had.broken and he claims that iT was my other nail techs fault.
