CK Nails

Critical: Professionalism, QualityI have been going to CK nails for about a year now. I would get my refills every three weeks. I would always book my appointments with Tom. In the beginning, he would do a good job. I would just get a solid color. But the more I kept visiting and getting refills, the more he would make me feel like an inconvenience. He would huff and puff the whole time, and make me feel so uncomfortable. I was scared to ask for designs and scared to ask for longer lengths. He would pretty much do whatever with me, and I would only choose the solid color. I would always tip him nice too. But after feeling used for my money, and feeling uncomfortable for so long, I started being more of a Karen any time I would go in. Tom even refused to take me one time, after I specified to John that I wanted Tom to do my nails. So Vo ended up doing my nails. And out of all the technicians in that establishment, Vo is the best. So sweet, and he took his time, and actually made an effort to interact and make small talk. I got my normal refill three days ago, before thanksgiving, and Tom did my nails. He did not allow the gel to harden underneath the UV lamp for long, and applied additional coats of gel onto the wet under coat. Because of this, my nails chipped easier and one of them fell off. I have been going to CK nails for about a year now. I would get my refills every three weeks. I would always book my appointments with Tom. In the beginning, he would do a good job. I would just get a solid color. But the more I kept visiting and getting refills, the more he would make me feel like an inconvenience.
