I am so glad my co-worker told me about CK Family Barbershop. This is probably the closest barbershop out of Eglin’s West Gate that specializes in military cuts. For only $10 here you can get more than you get on base for almost $20!

I have been going to Chung (of CK Family Barber Shop) since I moved to Florida in 2012! I first meet Chung when she worked at the Eglin AFB BX Barber! Nothing short of the perfect haircut then, and the same now! When Chung moved on from Eglin, I followed her! Now she has her very own shop and it is amazing. Very convenient to the Eglin west gate, and she’s an expert at not only the military cut, but all styles. I’ve trusted Chung with my son’s hair since he was just under 3 years old. He loves going to Chung! Her 25 plus years of experience is obvious, and we won’t go anywhere else. Give Chung one chance to cut your hair, and you’ll keep going back time after time. And the hot towel at the end is to die for! Happy, friendly professional care for a very low price of $10!! You can’t beat the quality, the personal service and the price!!!

Got my son’s first hair cut there today, Mrs. Chong was very nice and patient with our son, she even gave him a toy to play with and worked really well with my son and gave him a great hair cut. Amazing first haircut experience for my son. Definitely recommended!
