Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueMy daughter went in for a simple trim. We told them not to cut to much off multiple times. Just a trim. We were told that a half of an inch would be cut. She is now missing a good 6 to 8 inches off of her sides and crying her eyes out. They might know mens hair but they have no clue with woman. Maybe it’s a language barrier. My daughter went in for a simple trim. We told them not to cut to much off multiple times. Just a trim. We were told that a half of an inch would be cut. One of the few barber shops I’ve actually enjoyed coming back to. Walking distance for most people, and on the way to most destinations. The workers take pride in their craft and are very patient. Tell them exactly what you want and they will bring it to life. I over tip every time by how impressed I am. I couldn’t even feel the razor on my head just light pressure, akin to small animals like newborn puppies or kittens. They wouldn’t even let me stand up without making sure every cut hair was on the floor, my shirt/ neck were dusted off to perfection. I love coming here and would literally reenlist to stay for just haircuts. Thank you, and enjoy your time here.

Critical: QualityBeen going here for about 2 years. They were the best barber shop I found in Copperas Cove at the time. I think they have forgot how to cut hair. I went there wanting a medium fade with skin sides. I walked out with a super high fade and no skin sides. My son had long hair and wanted a trim. His hair was probably about 4in long on top. He basically walked out with a bowl haircut and the top is now about an inch. When we told them that’s not what we asked for they said bring a picture next time. There will not be a next time. Been going here for about 2 years. They were the best barber shop I found in Copperas Cove at the time. I think they have forgot how to cut hair. I went there wanting a medium fade with skin sides. I walked out with a super high fade and no skin sides. My son had long hair and wanted a trim. His hair was probably about 4in long on top. Great haircuts, especially “Sim” and “CJ”. They are quick and are very detailed. I would give 5 stars but they are little pricey (16+ for a simple razor fade). Definitely better than great clips and others in Copperas Cove

We have been faithfully coming here for nearly a year and always loved the cuts, timeliness and cost for my son and husband alike. However, with the recent development of covid they are now stating my 1(ONE) year old is not welcome to receive a cut there anymore as he can’t wear a mask. We explained that in the Bell county 8 directive that it states anyone age 10 and younger need NOT wear a mask and that the CDC states anyone age 2 and younger CAN NOT wear a mask because they can DIE. They are not understanding of that at all and refused us care due to it. We are fully understanding and abide by the face mask policy, but it is not safe for a one year old to do so. It’s sad that we will now be taking our business elsewhere. If you have young kids I recommend you dont bring them here as they are not understanding.
