I went to go get a pedicure because it had been a while. They did such a good job and I had such a good experience that I went back two days later to get a manicure. I almost never get a manicure but now it’s going to be a regular thing for me!!!

Charlie was very rude. He sure doesn’t mind saying things about how bad your toes are in front of another customer. Will never go back. When people call for an appointment, he talks about them once he hangs up. He treated me as I was a kid. Don’t ever get a gift certificate either. He said expires in 6 months. It’s not on the certificate. Too many other places to go to and don’t need the harassment from him.

The nails I got were the wrong color and wasn’t the one I showed her. They weren’t all the same length or shape and some aren’t even or straight. I asked if she could paint on stars and instead added glitter stick on stars and added a “3D” effect when I didn’t ask for it and now my nails are bumpy. The sides aren’t complete. CJ nails does a great job doing nails for my mother who is disabled. Her fingers curl under themselves and she is in a wheelchair, so getting in and out of the pedicure chairs is difficult. The CJ Nails team goes out of their way to make sure she is comfortable and pampered. Clean facility, good techs. Highly recommend!
