Although nice, Tammy did my nails. I asked for her to match my color with a picture my husband liked. As you can see that did not happen. I even questioned and was told the powder will change to match. As you can see that did not happen. Before I was done, Andy had let his customer sit too long and told Tammy to finish. My nails were not cleaned up and I was told the color around my nails and skin will wash off she was done and I was to just go with them that way. I complained about color as well but it did not matter. I had eyebrows and lashes done by Christina and that part I recommend. Will not be back for nails. I went next door and was shown the horror that happened to this young ladies fingers who went there and got such a severe nail fungas on more then 3 of her nails. She had to go to hospital. Nope. Definitely will not be back.

WARNING NEW OWNER BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. I’ve been a regular customer here for almost 5 years. Unfortunately there’s a new owner and she does not care about customer service. I made an appointment 2 days in advance with my favorite nail lady. Came in this morning the place was completely packed. My nail person asked if I would come back in 45 minutes and I said okay but before we could finish our conversation, this woman walked up and said no appointments today you will have to sit here and wait with everybody else (there were almost 20 people there and nowhere to sit). I said that’s okay I’ll come back in 45 minutes

Worst experience with a nail salon ever. The lady doing my pedí burnt my leg with the scrub and mentol. Instead of rinsing off the scrub and then putting the mentol she put it with it and proceeded to massage my leg. It burnt my skin. Then I told her what she was doing was wrong and asked her to rinse it off the other leg before she added the mentol and she didn’t even understand me. So I didn’t even get a complete pedí. I still had to pay full price though. Then I got my nails done and I kept showing the lady the picture of what I wanted… Not even close. When I complained they acted like I was in the wrong. So I had to go back the next day and get them fixed. I got my eyelashes done for the first time ever and again big mistake they only stayed on for 2 days. 70 Dollars for pain and misery and burning eyes only for them to fall off in 2 days. So I asked for a refund or at least half my money back but yet again I am in the wrong I guess. Never even again.

I have been going here since they first opened. Almost like clock work once a month for my brows and my nails. Great quality work and fast. Paid a little more today than I usually do. Not sure why. Finger Tip knicked and all that was done to remedy it was trim the skin. Any deeper and it would be bleeding. Could be worse I guess. Overall I recommend this place regardless.

I was a regular and loyal customer at CJ nails, the owner Susan was so rude, made a whole scene because I didn’t want my nails done a certain way then proceed to tell me no need to come there. Now, if anyone knows Customer services is you have no business without your customers. Which should be treated with respect. I’ve going there for more than 12 yrs. And never return after the embarrassing scene.

Ohhh how I wish I could give -5 stars instead of one, I have been coming to this place for 10 years, but lately the owner and staff are so rude and they don’t have no customer service, I think they think all black people need free service, I did not tape and will never come back. I can not even begin to explain all that has happened and both owners ( husband and wife) were there and say nothing. Thank you never again.money is getting to their brain. Sad dddd

I asked for matte coffin nails and got crooked half shiny half matte nails. I told the male tech (never got his name) that two of my nails were very crooked and he proceeded to tell me my finger is crooked! I wanted matte color and he told me shiny is better. Um it’s what I want not what you want. Will never come back here. I paid $40 for a full set of horrible nails. He did a great pedicure for $25 which I was happy to pay. So maybe he should just stick to that and never do anyones manicure.

Had lashes put on Saturday, they lifted and came off the next day, unfortunately for me they were closed on Sunday!! I couldn’t go back to the on Monday because I was going out of town. Had to try and put on a strip myself!!!!!! Horrible experience!!!! Eyelash extensions
