Critical: Professionalism, QualityI went to this salon for a cut/color and a few foils. I let my stylist know that my hair had been over processed at the last salon I had gone to and that my color lifted very quickly. I said that I didn’t want blonde or brassy highlights and was assured that they would be a nice caramel color. After being colored and foiled I was sat in a seat at the back of the salon. I was getting nervous about having the bleach on my head for too long. I then noticed another client was sitting in her chair having what I thought was a consult. She actually did her entire head with color and foils (it was very long hair). At this point I was in full panic mode. After sitting with color and bleach on my head for well over an hour, I was finally rinsed. There was ice being put on my hair, followed by a few conditionings and obviously some toner.Upon leaving I was thinking that it wasn’t as bad as I thought…until 2 days later when I shampooed (with salon recommended shampoo and conditioner) to have my hair literally falling out in clumps! At this point it is now broken off at different lengths all over my entire head. I am contemplating shaving my head, as there is no saving what is left! I’ve spent hundreds on repair/bond building products to no avail. My hair was ruined by this place. I went to this salon for a cut/color and a few foils. I let my stylist know that my hair had been over processed at the last salon I had gone to and that my color lifted very quickly. I have been a customer at this salon for more than 10 years have spent premium price and have referred many customers to them but every time you visit the salon they treat you like a stranger. I went there today and after explaining to the hairstylist the color that I wanted he made every excuse to convince me that not to do it and even I asked him several times , what color you think I should get and he would just twist the answer. And finally he told me I have another appointment coming up. I felt like crying leaving the salon because I felt that I was treated very poorly and he just wanted to push me out of door.
