I love this nail salon! It’s a hidden gem. Kin and Jasmine always go above and beyond. They’re so friendly, accommodating and talented. I’ve been getting my nails done for years and this is honestly the first time I’m truly happy with them every time. Their pedicures are nice and relaxing, I get the milk and honey. I’m so happy I found them. Don’t hesitate and book an appointment, you won’t regret it!

The BEST nail salon I’ve ever been to, hands down!!! This was my first visit with them and I will be coming back… often lol. I figured it would be good because I read reviews prior to going, but I didn’t expect it to be as awesome as it is! I’m not someone who gets mani/pedis often, so I opted for regular nail polish with the Deluxe pedi and regular mani. Every other salon I’ve gone to has always rushed me through because I don’t get acrylics and left me with cuts after the cuticle trimming because I have thin/sensitive skin. But no, not here! They were SO gentle and careful! They are also super friendly and nice. Seriously… Don’t even think about going anywhere else, just pick this place!! You need this salon in your life!

Visiting Dallas and needed a pedicure. Read lots of reviews and decided on City Nails. What a great find! From the moment we arrived, everyone there provided exceptional service. They have a menu of pricing, make sure you have a complimentary drink if you want it, and then give you a first class pedicure. Jasmine spent so much time with me, exfoliating my poor winter heels with a grater, smoothing and shaping my toenails, and then painting them to perfection. Seriously, our favorite shop in Northern Virginia doesn’t do this good a job. City Nails is a great option and we highly recommend it.

They take feedback whole heartedly and commit to customer satisfaction. I have been getting my nails done for last couple years at many different places, but I think I will be doing business with these ladies for long time given the how warm and welcoming they are and alway willing to exceed expectations.

The BEST pedicure I have ever had! I ordered the Volcanic. Susan was superb! Experienced and very professional. She massaged my legs 3 times after pedicure. Callous removal; used hot stones; hot wax, 3 different lotions & 2 rounds of hot towels. I forget the order because I was so relaxed. Also the chair massage was relaxing so I chose not to use my cell phone. I also chose no polish, I’m a little weird on that. The massage and softening my feet, toes and calves was enough for me. I’m coming back and asking for Susan!

I scheduled the earliest appointment to get my nails taken off and have a simple manicure but they didn’t open for 15 minutes. By then it was too late for me to actually have it started and done before I needed to get ready for work. Really weird, not opening your business on time, especially if you know you have clients scheduled. Probably won’t be coming back.
