This 5 star rating is for Julie. I had gotten my nails done the day before by another nail artist at this salon. She was very rude and did not follow the picture at all. She also uncharged me 80 dollars for a 65 dollar style. Julie offered to fix them for free the next day and did an outstanding job. Book with Julie she is so nice and talented. Thank you!

DO NOT GO HERE. They overcharged me for my nails and make you pay before completing your nails. They did an awful job my nails were thick and chunky & when asked to fix them the nail tech had a terrible attitude. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

I have been a customer for over 5 years. Since the old management and staff left (Kenny, Tina, Hue, Eva, Henry…) the customer service is awful under the new management. Specifically, the Manager Michael he is very rude and obnoxious. He talks to and treats customers like garbage. When the customer enters, Michael’s greeting is “May I help you”, without even looking up to acknowledge the customer, mean tone and, scowling face, and no smile.

Poor customer service. My no chip polish was chipping in less than a week and my daughter’s full set had 2 nails off in less than a week. Polish is thick and old and doesn’t apply evenly. Prices are very high in comparison to other places. No chip polish change on hands and toes was $55. They also took 2 hrs to do my polish change. Said I needed to soak but my old polish was coming off after like 15 mins of soaking. This place is a gag. Lbvs.

I got a fill-in on 7.23.22 on 7.26.22 my nails chipped and broke. Mind you this is no-chip polish. I went to get it fixed and they tried to give me the same person… Boothe #9! Stay Away! He can’t apply Gel or file your nails. Run! Run! Run!

I always love getting my nails and toes done. It’s always a bonus when you able to get a massage in the massage chairs when you getting your toes done which feels really good. And the staff is very friendly and nice. I would definitely recommend anybody to come to City Nails & Spa.
