Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueDid a pedicure and did it horribly. Feet look like I just got some nail polish out on. And not a pedicure.Then started doing my nails. Made one hand nails super short and other hand super long. Then I also asked for rounded square nails and started making them round not square. When I asked him to fix it he would start fixing them but not actually do what I asked. Then proceeded to charge me for the full service. When I didn’t even get my nails painted. Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueThe service was horrible and the workers were rude. I asked for one style of nails and the nail tech did a completely different style. When told I him what he was doing wasn’t what I asked for he became angry and started to jerk my hands and wrists. I asked him did he have a problem and was he upset and he ignored me. If I didn’t have half done acrylic on my nails I would have left. It was the worst experience. I even witnessed other nail techs tell 2 other women no when they asked to have their nails done a certain type of way.
