absolutely love this place! Everyone is so sweet, and are always very consistent. They put a lot of time and effort into finding your right color for you if they don’t have the exact one. They even took the time to paint my colors on a few fake nails just to get the right color. They sometimes have a wait, but it’s so worth it! Acrylic nails, Gel manicures

Today, my experience was horrible! The lady that is normally in charge is very rude! Their customer service sucks! This is normally my go-to nail salon because I love the older lady that does the pedicures, but after my experience today, it’s a NO for me! The older lady is very sweet and nice, but the ladies upfront that are actually doing nails, especially the one that always answer the phone is VERY RUDE! She only greets certain people when coming through the door.

They haven’t always been friendly, but today the woman who did my nails was incredibly rude. I had a broken nail and in this nasty tone asked what I wanted her to do about it. Then later when she started to paint my nails, after the first swipe I realized the color was too bold, and I said I didn’t think it would work. Her reply was, again in a nasty tone, “well you picked it out”.

I’ve gone to this salon multiple times because it’s been hard for me to find a place a love in Oxford. I’ve had mixed experiences and sometimes have enjoyed it while other times it has been a nightmare. It is never really that amazing and their customer service as well as their ability to do nails well is lacking significantly. The last time I went there the lady who did my nails was so rude. I had grown my natural nails out for 3 months and before I knew it she had just cut them all off. I was shocked. Then she had the audacity to ask me if I wanted tips. She then gave me regular polish instead of dip and my nails proceeded to chip same day. Their prices are outrageously high in general, especially for the service you end up with. I do not recommend this place.

This is the ONLY nail shop I go to in Oxford, faithfully every 2-3 weeks. I don’t know about these bad reviews for them, but they always take good care of me from my eyebrows,lashes, and nails. MsTina is really good on eyebrows. Den is really good on nails(just my preference), but Kim is also amazing! Please give them a try before jumping to their reviews.
