Not a good experience. I was a walk in manicure with powder dip. I received service fast but it wasn’t the right service. My nail tech was looking around the whole time and didn’t seem focused on my nails. They didn’t even confirm my requested service when they say down to start. The process felt rushed. No attempted communication or conversation. I was confused on when my manicure portion was going to be done, because they started immediately applying the powder. Turns out they complete skipped the manicure. I finished with the drying part and when I returned from the bathroom expecting my nails to be cleaned up I was told I was done. I felt uneasy the moment I walked in. During the nail process the buffing was even a little too rough and pulled at my skin. I have anxiety and picked at my nail beds. They were finally healed and I wanted to get my nails done and this process made it hurt worse. The main attendant that told me I was done seemed confused when I looked at her with disbelief and looked down at my nails she had just put oil on. My nail beds still have powder on them and there is build up under my nails. I stated the obvious and then she paused before saying they could clean them up. I have never had a place NOT clean them as part of the application process. There was already discomfort just from the filing and I did not wish for a non attentive person to attempt to clean them with the possibility of having some frustration. I paid for the service of application and left. They offered to clean them again when I was leaving but I was just ready to get out of here. Now I’m going to another place to hopefully get a manicure of they can and maybe just get this taken off all together. I’ve never felt so uncomfortable and dissatisfied leaving a place.

I had not the best experience at this salon. I’ve been before and had pretty good experiences but this was not great. My friend and I waited over an hour before anyone started on our nails. When the woman started on my nails she was clipping my cuticles and clipped my skin. I flinched back and said ow and immediately it started bleeding. She continued clipping at it even though it was bleeding. It bled so much that she had to put some solution on it and leave cotton on it so it wouldn’t get all over the place. Also on my ring fingers the layer was pretty thin and you could easily see my natural nails underneath which I don’t really prefer. Overall not the best experience.

I’ve been worked on by almost every technician there and always had a wonderful experience. Even though there is sometimes a language barrier, everyone is always very patient and polite. I’ve seen a lot of customers mistreat the technicians and employees over the years and the technicians and employees always act professionally and respectfully try to resolve any issues. No business is perfect but the employees here work very hard to try and make customers feel relaxed and welcome! I recommend this place to all my friends and have never been unsatisfied with my nails, toenails, brows, or lashes! Even though there is sometimes a language barrier, everyone is always very patient and polite. I’ve been here three times and I’m just not impressed. They are REALLY expensive and from the services I’ve received they are very overpriced. I’ve been getting my nails done for 25 years. I know what’s good and what’s not. Their technique is lacking and they don’t care about “finishing their work.” They leave polish and glued sns powder around your cuticles and nail creases. They “finished” my SNS nails and my nails are dull. They don’t finish the filing of your nails so the shape is smooth-ish but jagged in places. I can stay home and do my own gel nails and be happy with amateur work for free.

I’d give zero stars if I could. My sister in law and I came here for the second time on January 6th 2021 and had horrible experience. They rushed and seemed like they had no idea what they were doing. We both asked for coffin shaped and they turned out looking like blocky squares and my sister in laws looked short and super stubby. The guy left so much polish and glue on me and same with my SIL. They weren’t friendly either and the polish looks old. Long story short, I’d pay someone to take these off me asap even though I just got them done.
