I’ve been going here regularly for six months and once in a blue moon for a couple years before that. Steven does such incredible work on my nails and is so personable. Always gives me a little pep talk and asks if I like how the designs come out before sending me on my way. Kim or Ousa usually do my brows and they’ve been on point every time. Sometimes there is a bit of a wait or scheduling conflict but it is a popular salon so I understand.

Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueI had received a pedicure form one guy..he didn’t even put a soapy solution into the water for my feet nor was the water hot…so needless to say with missing a few steps my feet and toes were not done properly…Now, the nail guy….HORRIBLE….HORRIBLE..first yourdoing a customers nails…DO NOT ANSWER YOUR PHONE…personal calls shouldn’t be answered…unless it’s an emergency! Second, do customers nails step by step… And pay attention! Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI came here on a Sunday to get a gel manicure and a pedicure. During the pedicure i was in extreme pain in some instances and I noticed that I was bleeding. The pedicure came out okay but I’m noticing that there’s a lot of unevenness and nail polish on some areas of my skin. Then I sat down for my gelmanicure, and while he was filing my nails he hurt my cuticle area very severely multiple times and two of my fingers started bleeding. I then asked him if he could be gentle with it and nothing changed. He used dip powder and tips which was fine, but my cuticles are now left looking busted and he never cut off the excess. When it was time for the alcohol wipes, because I was hurt and bleeding on some fingers I asked him to stay away from this area, but he just pressed very hardly on these fingers anyway and left me in even more pain.Please try to avoid this place. I have been a long-time customer of this place and unfortunately, I will not go back. They’ve let all of the women’ staff go and the place definitely is not as clean as it once was. I think I was in there for 20 minutes for a pedicure. They skipped several steps , they did not remove the dead skin off the heels of my feet and when I asked him to go back and fix it, he just brushed me off. It’s very unfortunate because it used to be a reputable business.

I read the other reviews before posting my experience. I agree that their work is good but the RUDE attitude of Kim is unacceptable. The first time she was RUDE to me I laughed it off. The 2nd time I assured her I will not be coming back. There are many salons who actually appreciate their customers. Wow…she needs to learn common courtesy.

Went in for gel manicure. Took me almost 2 months to grow my nails as long and strong as they were. The person filed my nails down in order to take the gel off instead of wrapping them on aluminum foil. Week after that 3 of my nails broke. Do not go to them. They just want to get the job done fast, take your money and have you out the door. I had nail polish missing on side of my nails. Will never go back.

Omg this is by far the best place I have done my nails. Kim I believe is the first one in the first row. She was awesome my nails literally lasted a month.I am so going back again. The best!!!!

Kim and Osa do amazing work. Get you in and out. Once you actually get to see them bc having an appointment means nothing. They overbook and take walk ins. I’ve been there for hours just waiting for them to actually get started on my nails. And it’s a rushed experience not a relaxing one.
