I had a very bad experience Wednesday the girl that did my nails did not listen to anything I said, one of my nails was so crooked reminded me of that comic video you nail not crooked your finger crooked, she refused to fix my nail… what a horrible job and personality. Lisa fixed the nail in seconds and wanted to fix the rest but I had no time. Gonna go back but only Lisa will do my nails!!!! They refused to do my eyebrows because I didn’t like my nails!!!! They would not give me a pedicure because I had dry skin on my feet!!!! Isn’t that one of the reasons to get a pedicure. Shaking my head!!!! This is why I do my own nails however I was in a big hurry!!! I’m not sure about the other girls but Lisa is very good!!!!

Where do I start… when i first walked in there it was very small and looked like a jewelry store instead of a nail salon. There was so many clutter it seemed a bit overwhelming. Not only that but when I walked in asking for an acrylic manicure, they didn’t even let me explain the design I wanted… the guy just told me to sit down.. as he started putting on the plastic nails , he then started poking the sides really hard. I was trying not to react but it actually started hurting because he just kept digging into my skin… Then I was with another lady… who did the powder, she didn’t say hello or how are you…. I just sat down and she grabbed my nails and started shaping them.. she used the drill twice on each hand and it got to the point where she got really close to my skin… at that point I really wanted to leave but I got through it.. honestly I don’t recommend this place for anyone. So unfriendly and unwelcoming . Never again. Honestly I wish I can put -5 stars ⭐️.

Very poor business management, the owner told me to come back in so she could fix my nails that another girl did a horrible job. So I set up an appointment and when I went to the salon the owner refused to do my nails because I left a bad review, so why did she make the appointment. This was horrible because there is a sign on the wall if you don’t like your nails before you leave tell us because once you leave we can’t fix nails. that’s exactly what i said and as I was getting them done i told her i wasn’t liking what she was doing and she just continued to do what she wanted!!!! this salon is a big thumbs down
