Critical: Qualityhorrible !!! Horrible !!Went to get filling and gel polish with a pedi 65.00 .. In 4 days my tip feel off, went back to get it repaired no charge but i left a 10,00 tip. In 4 days went back sane finger tip broke. I go back in and say in 10 years this has never happened maybe you need to put a little more glue on the tip Or maybe a little more gel acrylic but it’s not my profession but it’s not working a new girl please maybe she’ll do it differently I was very nice well on my way out they had the audacity to charge me eight dollars to fix and paint the nail now I paid for a service the young lady told me too bad so rather than leaving another tip I requested that the $20 in tips that I had already left maybe they can pay for out of that since this isn’t working out and remember we pay for a service you need to deliver the service otherwise give me my money back !!!horrible horrible horribleI will never recommend this place to anyone!!Go somewhere else believe me!!Unhappy with your serviceService: Manicurehorrible !!! Horrible experience i had scheduled an appointment on Tues for Wednesday at 11am. I show uo at 10:40am tell two women i have an appointment they tell me to sit down do i did. 11am comes by and still waiting i ask one of the girls at 1139am how much longer they said they don’t know. Then i get taken into the chair at 1245pm. By the rime someone assist me it was at 1pm and the water rub doe your feet was dirty ans never cleaned after the previous person before me and the water was cold. First ans last time i will be there. Also the sign said $30 for hands ans feet and they charged me $35.

Helen does my acrylics best nail tech!! Mine lasted 3 weeks. As far as the other reviews people are wrong! The girls who work there are polite and very sweet. It’s the people who go there that are impatient and obnoxious trying to treat the employees rudely. Be nice to the employees and you’ll get out of the nail salon ASAP! And open your mouth if someone goes before you and it’s your turn!

When I first started going there they were nice and stuff. I typically do acrylic nails and they should stay 2 weeks. The past like 5 times it would only stay for exactly 6!days and when I call to see if they can do something they yell, talk to me in a rude manner and hang up the phone.

They have a really crappy system as far as getting clients seated and make them wait too long. However I really enjoyed my pedicure, my cuticles were cleaned well and the massage was nice. It’s hard to find outstanding places in this area but this salon will do!

I went there at 12:00pm in to get my nails done since it’s New Years Eve. After waiting 3 hours because there were only 3 people working, it’s finally my turn to get my nails done. The manager, Tina, then says “I’m going to do her first instead.” This was NOT ok since I had been waiting 3 hours at this point and the woman whose nails she wanted to work on had only been there for less than an hour. She had been the last one to get there and pushed her way to the front and the manager let her. Instead of staying, I left. I would rather pay MORE to get my nails done at Angel Nails less than a block away than to stand there like an idiot for 3 hours.
