The place is clean and kept up nicely. The staff are friendly and greet you upon arriving in. Jen did my pedicure and she was wonderful. She did my pedicure the way I wanted it. David did the color and he was pleasant and painted my toes the way I wanted. I showed him a picture of how I wanted my acrylic nails done and David said he could do them just how the picture showed. We got started, he put the nail tip and acrylic on my nails, but then he realized that he couldn’t do my nails the way they were in the picture as they were turning out very different and looked nothing like the picture I showed, not even close. He began throwing out options he was willing to do to make them look better without starting over and taking everything off. I appreciated his willingness to try and give me what I wanted but I would have preferred him to just tell me he did not know how to do the design I showed in the beginning instead of wasting my time trying to do something he knew he couldn’t do. All he had to do was tell me he wasn’t able to do it and I would have chosen something else. He was pleasant through the process and I left with my nails done fairly decent but I was very unsatisfied!! I wouldn’t come back.
