This place has my business from now on. The service I just received at this salon was amazing and the artistry of the technicians very professional. I have had bad experiences at most of the local salons and was about to give it up but this is new regular nail salon.

First of all, it’s Henderson. I wasn’t expecting a miracle anyway. That being said, I got my eyebrows and my eyelashes done. It was late, almost closing time. Her little girl was a joy and quite the character, btw. She did a good job. VERY reasonable compared to what I’m accustomed to paying. I think it was like $40 for my eyelashes. Way cheap! They’re still on a week or 2 later so that’s good. I did tell her that I wanted them long/short/long/short accordingly. She chose just all long. Danger length all the way across so not very natural looking. She was fast though. And pleasant. Eyebrows, she did more scissor cutting than waxing. I don’t remember her plucking anything. I don’t really like the scissor cutting. That’s a short cut and they grow back faster and longer which I don’t like. But all in all I’m satisfied. They were very pleasant and cheap and clean so that’s good enough for me. I will be back. I will be more specific about what I want this time and I feel like it won’t be a problem.

My sister has been feeling kinda low these past few weeks so I went and got French tips put on our nails today. The older gentleman was so ugly to my sister. My sister is having dental issues and this man told her tell to smile, well she did but he said no smile with your mouth opened, you could see her expression change to unbelief, she said you don’t have to be mean and he just laughs. How rude is that. That is the worst customer service. Just think how my sister felt leaving that place and here’s the kicker she left him a $10 tip.Our nails do not look good at all. Please ladies take your hard earned money and your smiles elsewhere this man doesn’t deserve your time.

I’m not impressed. Two stars is being generous. The basic “ dip “ type of nail was done pretty well but really not great design. I asked for “candy cane” accented nails and I felt they could have done better. I don’t feel like I am particularly hard to please with nails but the stripes aren’t straight at all. It looks like something I would have done at home. Prices were a bit higher than average. Another Henderson nail salon dud, unfortunately.

Critical: Quality, ValueHad my nails done 3 broke in 2 weeks went back got a nail repair and and a fill! Within a week in a half I had 4 more broken nails!The price I paid for these dipped ambiance nails was kinda expensive so I expected better quality! It’s time I take my business elsewhere. I went to get a pedicure. The pedicure itself was amazing. However, I was convinced into getting nails as well. All I can say is ask for a price. I was charged $105. She charged me $60 for plain tips with overlay. I didn’t even use their color. I had my own. The number have already chipped, some of the overlay is on the underneath, dinner of it is over in my skin. Lesson learned. Will not go back.

I’ve never had a bad nail salon experience until today. I went here on a sunday because it was the only nail salon in town open that day and was long overdo for my dip nails to be redone. They soaked and filed the old dip nails I previously had off which isn’t the problem, as I understand that’s probably the best way to start with a clean canvas. The problem I have with the experience is that they quickly sent me out of the door with “dirty” hands. I had old hardened dip nail from the acetone soak crusted underneath my nails and spotted all over my hands. I usually go to the place in the Longview mall to get my nails done and will probably never “cheat” on them with another salon closer to home again.
