The guy was on his phone, yelling at the other people, and very rough. He didn’t do what I asked and they are very uneven (they look way better in the picture), he also charged me $70 when my friend who got more details on hers only paid $60. My friends nails are extremely chunky and only look good because a girl took over for hers. There were nail clippings all over the chairs and tables and the work space was a mess. There was nail polish all around my cuticles and he didn’t trim them properly. I don’t recommend going there at all and if you do ask for a girl.

I wanted short coffin nails. The nails i got are not even really coffin shaped, and my mom got her toes done, and they are litterally so bumpy, and all over her skin. Also there is polish all over my fingers too.

The elder guy who did my nails, was very thorough and caring towards my nails. I was very impressed and I love my nails.

This was the absolute worse experience I’ve ever had getting my nails and feet done.. the older man I’m unsure if he is the owner but he is very unprofessional and rude. He began to glue the acrylic nails on then cut them but left them long so I said oh no that to long so he snatched my hand back to him and said FINE YOU TELL ME!! Put the nail cutter so low it was basically like cut it down to a stub .. I said no not that short so he cut them normal and threw my hands back towards me complaining that I was asking for too much refused to do my nails like i asked did my color incorrectly and got mad with me raising his voice my daughter was with me getting a pedicure at the moment and could see how he was being. I am unsatisfied with the work and lack of customer service. I DO NOT recommend this place

I called before I showed up and they said they weren’t busy. I half expected them to be busy since it is in fact labor day, but i was surprised so i showed up. they had a chair for me immediately, it had nails clippings still on the towel and i sat there picking my color with it messy. then my tech wraps my nails in the foil tells me to wait 10 minutes and he’ll be back. 25 minutes later, after he’s finished another pedicure he come back to take my nails off. i tell him i like my nails short, but he still puts a tip on my pointer finger and then tells me i can’t have the shape i asked for because my nails were too short. i had correct the shape several times on different nails and he seemed very annoyed each time. finally, once he’s done he charges my card and i ask for the total, which he mumbles under his breath and charges me. for the price i could have gone somewhere else and gotten treated 10 times better. i understand being busy, but tell your customers so they’re not sitting there waiting under the impression you’re not.

Our 1st visit was 6 weeks ago. We didn’t get names, but there was a man doing pedis and 1 lady back and forth between nails and pedi. Then a older man doing nails. He seems to be the boss. The lady did K’s nails pretty good job. Just rushed going back and forth several times between clients. The boss man did B’s. He rushed between several nails. Her nails were thick and crooked. The tip was bumpy and ridge. The 2nd visit both K and B got the boss man. B got red dip, K got clear/white dip. While putting the clear coat on the red dip, it got color in the clear bottle. All over his hands and all over B’s hands. When he swapped between the two girls he used the same clear stuff and it turned K’s pink. K’s are think and fat. She has long nails.. So no tips. The dip started splitting, cracking and chipping. 3 have come off. B’s are tipped and there is so much glue between nail and her skin it hurts to bend the finger. Still thick and bumpy on top. Not smooth and shiny. It’s really awful. $35 to do dip on regular nail and it starts flaking, peeling and chipping. We won’t go back. We tried twice and each time we got bad nails.

Will NEVER go back! I went because they advertised dipping for $19.99. Yes they said when I asked about the special. After they started on my nails I noticed the salon was messy and just didn’t look like it had been cleaned in a LONG time. I explained how I wanted my nails filed to a man. His wife even explained to him. Then he started filing away, telling me he’d done nails for 20 years and he knew what I wanted. I showed him several times because I don’t like them squared off and that’s exactly what he DID. When I told him I didn’t like how they looked he stood up, said that I didn’t know what I wanted and walked away! Not only was I shocked but embarrassed too. I was not rude to him to warrant his reaction. I wanted to just leave right then. His wife finished my nails where they were not as squared off but way shorter than I wanted and then told me it would be $30. I asked her about the special on the sign and she said that price didn’t INCLUDE removing the existing polish. By this time I was more than ready to leave. So I will not go back.

Critical: ValueCharged $25 for manicure. No tips it was half that cost a few months ago. They no longer post their prices, my fault for not asking. I would have gone to an actual nice salon for that price. After the service the girls said “ next time you ask for gel it last longer “
