Critical: Professionalism, QualityI always call to see if this one specific lady is there because she takes her time doing eyebrows and takes pride in her work. Since she has not been there often, I decided to give the other lady a try. She is the main person there in charge, I believe. She did an AWFUL job! She rushed and finished it and my eyebrows looked awful, thin and straight, not the same size and everything that could go wrong with it. When I told her I did not like it and she did it in a hurry she proceeded to tell me that “there is nothing wrong with your eyebrows”. Obviously there is! Obviously there is a reason I always call for the other person. She insisted, as it is her fashion, that all she did was a clean up and I am too embarassed to even post a picture, that is how awful it looks! I will not be coming here again for any other services, no matter what it is or who is available to do it. I know it probably won’t break their business and that is not the intention. The intention is to let them know that a job well done is appreciated, and she did not do that for me! I always call to see if this one specific lady is there because she takes her time doing eyebrows and takes pride in her work.
