will never go back. the older man ripped out my hand nail then squeezed it so hard it popped out the inside of my toe and caused me to haft to get my toe nail removed bc it was so bad. DO NOT GO THERE!!

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Valuei got my nails done their not even a week ago and they are already grown out and the paint is chipping on my pinky nail, not to mention how rough the man was while he was doing my nails when i told him to slow down but never did. i highly do NOT recommend this place.

Went in multiple times and they never do what I ask, I asked them to do gel on my nails and they ended up cutting my real nails and putting acrylics and charged me $65 for something I didn’t ask for. Also the guy that did it wasn’t paying attention half the time he just rushed through it. Cut my nails and I have hang nails on 4 of my fingers and it felt like my ring finger was on fire!! Just got them done 3 days ago and already coming off and getting stuck in my hair or on my blankets.

I only come here for the ladies to do my eyebrows, which is once every 2 months. I get my nails done elsewhere. RUDE. Not the ladies but the men in this shop. Always RUDE. Throw my card or cash back at me literally, to the point it drops on the floor. This was my last visit here today. I will not recommend because they are always too busy anyway and I can not express how rude they are. Go to the other end of beebe capps in the plaza where family dollar is for your services.

I enjoyed the visit overall. My nails turned out great. I had plenty of time to relax and treat myself. The nail tech who originally was painting my nails couldn’t do the designs I wanted and I had to wait for someone else. I waited for almost an hour for them to even start and then after they started my pedi bath, I had another 30+ min wait. I personally didn’t mind because I didn’t have anywhere to go and needed a relaxing break but I’m sure if someone was on a time crunch wouldn’t appreciate it.

They’re usually good and nice but the last time I went they were rough and rude my nails didn’t turn out right and I didn’t really like them the art was horrific I think they were rude bc the person who took me wasn’t willing to pay the price normally when I go with a close family member there are no problems and we pay the full 80 You have to understand not everyone will be willing to pay the price and you need to be nice no matter what!!! I won’t be coming back for the time being ill come back to test my theory (They’re rude when refuse to pay full amount and nice when you do)
