Great service, fast and friendly. I was a little concerned after reading other reviews. But there were 3 of us we all had pedicures and 1 had manicure. All look great, no complaints.

I didn’t like the fact that they didn’t use water to wash my feet because I was only getting a polish change, and my toes looked tacky afterwards anyway! And she acted as if she didn’t know anything about rainbow nails! Most of these Asian nail techs are elderly and don’t have a clue to the popular styles of today’s generation! She said that it would be extra to clip my toenails, and did a bad job filing them!!Highly disappointed,! Majestic nails guy did a bad job on my nails and made them bleed. But at least his wife washed my feet and clipped my toenails with no extra charge!& they were much more prettier than when city nails did them

Extremely disappointed only went to get a take off. My nails were dipped. I should have been cautious when it felt like I stepped into the 80’s they completely butchered my real nails moving to fast. I won’t go to any nail salon in Jacksonville AR. ever again.

My nails broke the day after me getting them done literally 2 nails then the next day 1more broke from me grabbing my charger out the wall the another broke from a little scratch to my head it just broke and they file all of the acrylic off after I said no and they ended up thin by the time he got done doing all of that he also told me to come back tomorrow after I sat there for 2 hrs waiting . I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!

I went in for a pedicure and she scrubbed my feet with some type of gel and rough purple plastic thing… put some cheap lotion on my feet and ankles and that was it. She filed at my toenails a little, she didn’t clean under them or do any massaging or anything at all. I understand her not doing much to my nails because I take care of my feet… but I’ve never had a 10 min pedicure, they’re usually longer especially for 25 dollars… ALSO after she’s done she proceeds to tell me that she can’t do an overlay on my big toe without putting a tip on which she told me she could before we started… and than they ask me to go to the atm to get money out because their machine wasn’t working and asked me to leave my phone… I told the heck no!… so they fixed the machine and I paid… I won’t be back.

i had a horrible nail experience at this salon. I asked for a simple matte black acrylic with sparkling gold polish on the tip. they piled on the polish and after 15 min under the dryer they wouldn’t dry. So they messed up when I grabbed my purse to go. I let them know and they dabbed the nail with polish remover to smooth it out and sat me back under the dryer. They checked and said I was good to go and within an hour all the nails were messed up. Needless to say I had to repaint them when I got home and ended up having them removed after a week bc they were popping up at my cuticle line.

I had a horrible experience. I went in to have my nails done told them I wanted gel nail polish with thin blue lines through them on both my finger nails and toe nails. The very same day it started chipping on both my toes and finger nails which means it was not gel polish. I called them immediately as we live over an hour away. They stated I would have to come in. I explained to the gentleman I live over an hour away he said come in and hung up on me. All I wanted was a refund since it cost and arm and a leg to get them done so I could go get them fixed elsewhere since they did not do what I asked the first time. They messed up my sisters, and mine. They refused to tell me how much it was when asked she kept saying I will tell you price after. I told her no I need to know now. The price she told me was not what they charged me it was way more. I will never be back and will never give a good reference to this place.

Tony is wonderful… If you explain what shape u want ur nails what pattern/design/color and tony can do it… He doesn’t force u to get something u don’t want. Like when I went 2 elite be4 city nails I had a picture of a design they tell me I need white tips I pay extra for that and they (elite) still couldn’t do the design. That’s how I found tony..he did the design French tips in paint along with pattern they were beautiful

First time to go and I was very pleased. They were professional and did an amazing job. My nails were even and she took the time to make sure they were exactly what I wanted and was happy.
