My nails cracked after 2 hours of leaving the nail salon. I called them and told them what happened and asked if I could come in and get them fixed. He told me not today but a different day. I called everyday after that for 3 days and he never had “time” then i asked to make an appointment and he told me that i should have come back the day that it happened.

My mom and I came in and got our nails done day before yesterday.The selection of colors for dip vs gel is very depressing, especially with so many colors on the wall, but the ones they show to customers aren’t available. The person working on my nails was rough, made my finger bleed, used the nail drill against my skin causing some burns. The nail polish was applied uneven, the nails look chunky on my fingers. And two hours after the manicure, my middle finger nail broke off the tip. Very disappointed I spent $80 for this.

Best pedicures!! I went another place once and it was a major disappointment. Next time went back to City Nails and will not go anywhere else again.

I’m usually pretty satisfied when I come here. Only giving it 3 stars this time because I went to get a pedicure and asked the lady before she even started if she could add acrylic to my big toe because the toenail had broke. I asked her 3 times to make sure she understood what I was asking for and she told me YES. She finished the pedicure and calls someone else to come over just to tell me that she doesn’t know how to do acrylic & the ones that do know how won’t have time to do it until 3 hours later. So that was a big disappointment because I could have just went somewhere else.
