I’ve never been disappointed with this place. I’m usually a walk in, and I typically only have to wait about 20 minutes before they can get to me. not bad at all. they take the time to ask my opinion while they work, so I always leave with exactly what I wanted. I drive 50 minutes one way just to come here. highly recommend Acrylic nails

They were super sweet and did a fantastic job on not only fixing both of my half ripped off thumb nails, but gave me gorgeous gel polish! The tech was really knowledgeable in providing me with the different types of techniques they could use for me! I never get my nails done but when I can go back it will definitely be here!! My gel polish lasted what felt like forever! First time gel polish customer and I loved it! Want to try Gel Nails now to get the length! 😀

Very rushed and not the friendliest. Took my 9yr old daughter with me and no one said a single word to her. The entire time she was getting her nails done was an awkward silence. Took her like 8mins to do her nails and then told her to go sit down. But she couldn’t sit next to me even though there was an empty chair? Didn’t say anything due to not wanting to make a scene in front of my child but would definitely not be back

Saturday morning i went to this place which was recommend by another lady. They said there no long wait time and they are pretty good. I walk in and there and she ask what do i want done and i told her but there were ladies there in front getting nails done and there some ladies in back getting pedicure. So i waited a long time they took the next lady and two ladies left and i was still waiting on someone. The other lady that was before me got up and walk to the back and then she came back up and the man stop her and saidsit here. I was still waiting because i saw two ladies leave and the other lady went to the back. I waited a little longer. Still no ond help me so i decide to leave. I wi not every go back there

I was never greeted when I walked in, which was the first time that’s ever happened. All I came in for was a toenail paint. I walked back at the color area and found my color. I walked back to the front and sat down. There was still no one that said anything to me. So, I get up and say I need a toenail paint and was told to go back where they do the pedicures. So, I found a chair, lady next to me had been waiting 30 minutes for a pedicure. She asked them if they would run some water in so she could soak her feet, they never came over. I waited 1hour for a toenail paint, while another person walked in and got waited on first. Thankfully the young girl that always done my nails, painted my toes. I guess I’ll have to find somewhere else to go for my nails, toenail paint, pedicures, manicures, eyebrow wax, and brow tint. 2 year customer, you see the way they treat their customers that come and get stuff done. Their loss.

Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityI started coming to this place end of 2020.At first a young lady not sure name started to do my nails and messed up so Henry took and I loved my nails so started going to him. Moving forward to 2021 I told other family members about them. One lady who interprets for them caters to certain people she personally knows or has grown to her liking. Every-time she is there I’ve been turned around or simply have a long wait. My last straw was me coming in waiting to get serviced by Amy (another tech I like and prefer) then after 40 mins of waiting was told Amy could not service me due to an appointment she had. They did offer another lady but didn’t want to chance me not liking my nails. Then was told they only take appointments Mon-Thursday. Which is no sign that specifies this nor is on their website. Afterwards she states oh after 4pm we take walk ins Monday-Thursday so which is it??? so I looked at my phone it’s after 4pm I asked her you just said only appointments during week. At this point I felt I was getting run around and told anything. I felt unappreciated as a customer that’s been coming there a year and has recommended others.
